What are the benefits of online mediation training?
Online mediation training enables students from all around the globe to advance their mediation knowledge and their career. There is no need to travel to obtain EMA training, no need to take time off of work or away from family. And no travel expenses.

Additionally, the self-paced format and shadow video design of our courses capitalize on current learning research which shows concepts presented over time allow for deeper learning. In short, our courses are designed to make learning stick!

How is the learning structured?
Learning is delivered in online modules so that students can work at their own pace, in the privacy of their own office. The modules include narrative instruction, expert mediator commentary, text and mediation role-plays that demonstrate real life situations.

What is the follow up to online training?
Once the online portion of the training is complete, students may choose to add face-to-face, hands-on training and coaching with Bruce and other instructors in various locations around the United States and overseas.

Additionally, EMA holds monthly, private webinars where students can interact and ask questions of Bruce Edwards on a variety of topics. Webinars are announced by email and on our members’ facebook group.
