Before joining JAMS as a commercial mediator, Howard led the highly regarded ADR program of the US District court for the Northern District of CA and prior to that he helped set up ADR programs at both the Court of Appeal and the Superior Court level. Howard will discuss his experience setting up and mediating with the various court ADR programs.
