Hello *|FNAME|*,

I've had the opportunity to read some interesting articles this summer. One, written by my friend and colleague Tom Stipanowich, The International Evolution of Mediation: A Call For Dialogue and Deliberation has influenced my support for 'collective reflection' in the field of mediation.

Secondly, the use of a hybrid 'med/arb' approach in the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation (PON) article has many benefits and risks. You'll see my suggestions on this approach for your practice.

Best,
