Mediation Skills Training with Signature Resolution

The Mediation Skills course emphasizes the fundamental principles that beginning commercial mediators should know and understand how to successfully apply in a real-world environment. This course, organized around a two-party commercial mediation, deconstructs the mediation process into predictable stages, with guidance and expertise from industry pioneers (our experts). Our students learn how to mediate formal disputes, including those in litigation.

Course Outline

CLE Credits:  The course is approved for 28 hours of CLE, including 4 Legal Ethics hours and 2.5 hours towards Bias (1 hour of which is Implicit Bias).
