FAQs: Technical Support
Enrolling in an Edwards Mediation Academy (EMA) course is easy. To enroll in a course, select the course you want to purchase from the website, and on the course page, click PURCHASE.
On the next screen, click the CHECKOUT button once you have confirmed to check out and purchase the course. During checkout, you will be asked to create an account for the course with an email address, username, and password. This will be your login information for the course and any other courses you take with EMA.
Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive an email confirming your login credentials. You can log in to the course from the home page on our website using the My Account button or here.
We serve a global audience and offer various payment options to simplify purchasing a course.
We currently accept the following types of payments:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Card
- Paypal
If you are having issues making a Credit Card (Stripe) payment for a course, the most common cause is that the card has restrictions on cross-border usage. If the card was issued in a country other than the United States, you should contact your bank to see if you have this restriction, and if so, ask if it can be removed.
Another option is to check out using our PayPal payment gateway. You can also ask for an invoice for a wire transfer.
Our courses work best with the following browsers:
Platform | Browsers Supported (all latest versions) |
Windows | Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox |
Mac | Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox |
Mobile | Safari, Google Chrome |
Internet Explorer may work but is not supported, and students often have difficulty as they progress in the course.
To log in the first time or to continue after you have logged out:

To receive your certificate, you must complete the entire course and successfully submit all required assessments.
- Use the next & previous buttons on the bottom right corner to mmove between pages.
- You must watch every video in full and complete each activity before advancing. Even if a video appears to have ended, let it play until it finishes, the Next button will not appear until it does.
- Orange text means an action is required on that page. A greyed-out Next button means an activity still needs to be completed.
- Bright blue buttons indicate additional content. Click them to expand.
- You may review completed activities and modules, but you cannot skip ahead.
- If you exit mid-module, you will be prompted to Resume or Restart upon returning. Select Resume to pick up where you left off.
- In the left navigation menu, page and activity completion is indicated by font color: greyed-out text means the page is complete; black text means something on that page has not yet been finished.
The Orientation Module at the start of your course covers all Navigation questions in detail.
If you forgot your password or would like to change your password for any reason, simply:
Reset it on our login page here by clicking on the link “Forgot your password?” on the bottom side of the screen. You will receive a temporary password to your email address with resetting instructions.
There are two ways to record your answers on your course workbooks:
- The first option is to print the workbook as you find it in your course. In each module, the first Try it! has a link to the workbook; you can open it up and print it.
- The second option is to download the eWorkbook from the Resources Tab (top R corner of each module) and save it to your computer desktop. It will save as a fillable PDF. When you are ready to work on the eWorkbook, open it up and type directly onto the page. Every time you close out of the document, you will be asked if you would like to save your changes. Click yes.
If you are having difficulties working in the course, please know that 99% of issues with course navigation are fixed by clearing your cache.
Clearing your cache means deleting non-essential information your device automatically stores when visiting a new site or opening an app. Too much cache can slow your computer and prevent it from retaining your progress when using courses that include video and interactive elements.
Clearing your cache is easy is quick and easy to do (and makes your computer run much quicker and smoother). You can find step by step instructions here.
OR you can look on your course page under, Need Help?
